1. Papaya

The natural bleaching properties in papaya make it an excellent fruit for topical application. With regular use, it is known to reduce acne scars, pigmentation and dark spots effectively. When use topically, papaya breaks down the bonds between cells on the outer layer of the skin, thereby exfoliating them off. It acts as its own scrub that many people use on elbows and knees. Use the pulp of the papaya and apply it to the affected areas. Papaya has fruit acids known as alpha-hydroxyl acids, which is a chemical, exfoliate. It is very effective in breaking down skin cells and also increasing collagen production because of the removal of dead particles.

How to use

Blend papaya and mix it with one teaspoon of lime, then apply it all over the face and let stay for 15 minutes then wash off. Do this every morning and night for best results. 

 

2. Turmeric 

 Turmeric has the ability to correct uneven skill tone and impart a healthy glow. Typical application of turmeric can reduce hyper pigmentation up to 14 per cent just after three weeks of use. For many years Indian people have looked to turmeric for its many healing properties, from reducing inflammation to aiding the digestive process. Turmeric is also found to lightening hyper pigmentation. Also has an anti-inflammatory property that helps to relieve the problems of acne. It also helps in the reduction of spots and also helps in lightening in skin.

How to use

Put one tea spoon of powder turmeric and mix it with lime to make a thick paste. Apply the paste to your face and leave it for 20 minutes until it dry. Then wash your face with Luke warm water.

 


 

3. Aloe Vera gel

Aloe Vera contains a medicinal and healing property that helps to heal pimples, acne rashes and scars. Whether you are dealing with inflamed skin, redness, or bumps, aloe Vera can give you instant relief. Aloe Vera helps fade dark spots on the face and even out your skin tone. Aloe Vera can be a rescue agent for sun-damage skin. Vitamin c found in aloe Vera can help you get rid of black spot on the face.

How to use

Extract the gel from an aloe Vera stem. Then mix with one tea spoon of lemon juice and sandalwood powder to make a paste. Apply the paste on the affected areas and wash it off once it dry, with cold water. Aloe Vera gel can be applied directly to the face as face cleansers.


 

4. Buttermilk 

These essential nutrients help remove dead skin cells and lighten black spots on the face it also helps rejuvenate the collagen in the skin and fights age spots. Using milk on the body can reduce skin pigmentation over time and keep your skin glowing. Butter milk fades away black spots and can do so without causing a stinging burn. Buttermilk is rich in lactic acid and therefore is great for gently exfoliating dead skin cells and brightening skin to fade away dark spots.

How to use

Mix milk and honey together and apply it on the face, then leave it on for 10 minutes. Continue this routine twice a day for about three weeks.


 5.Saffron

Saffron might be expensive, but if offers protection from the UV rays of the sun and keeps it young and glowing. It also has the ability to correct uneven skin tone and reduce pigmentation and dark spots.

How to use

Soak saffron in water overnight. Then apply on the face for some minutes and wash it off.

 

6. Apple cider vinegar

The antibacterial and antimicrobial properties of apple cider vinegar help to prevent breakouts while its anti-inflammatory effects reduce the risk of scarring. Apart from controlling excess greasiness, treating acne and softening your hair, apple cider vinegar has a number of beauty benefits. 

How to use

Mix together apple cider vinegar and water in a small bowl. Apply it to your face every morning. Repeat this for three weeks for effective results.
