1 cup Epsom salts

How to use: Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl, and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a large, cotton muslin bag and place in a large bowl or basin that will accommodate your feet. Fill the container with very warm (yet comfortable) water. Place your feet and ankle in the warm water, and soak for 15 – 20 minutes. Towel – dry your feet before walking.
